Thank you for shopping with Over the Rainbow. We want you to love what you ordered. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation any time before your order has been submitted for fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to cancel your order.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at valentines.orb@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds & Returns

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was lost in transit (not delivered within 45 days of order)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery (or within 45 days of your order date if the item never arrived).

Please note: Refunds generally cannot be provided for changes of mind, items damaged through misuse, or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to review your situation.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at valentines.orb@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Include a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
3. We will respond within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping & Delivery

We carefully review and prepare each order before fulfillment. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Once shipped, most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the product and destination.

You'll receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a refund so you can reorder.
